Saved Reply – What’s New?
Our new and improved Saved Reply feature has been specifically designed to help agents work faster, respond to customers more effectively, and provide a better experience. With this new feature, agents can save time and easily access pre-written responses, making it faster and easier to respond to customer inquiries.
The old Saved Reply feature had several problems that made it difficult for users to use and manage their saved replies effectively. One of the main issues was using folder options to organize and assign saved replies.
This needed to be clarified for users, as it made it challenging to locate specific replies and navigate through the different folders. It also made it hard to keep track of the different replies and their respective folders, leading to a disorganized and cluttered interface.
The new updates have removed the folder option to address these issues and made the feature more sleek and seamless.
This allows for a more streamlined and intuitive user experience, as users no longer have to navigate through multiple folders to find the reply they are looking for.
Instead, all saved replies are now displayed in a single list under the inboxes tab on the top left, where you can select the inbox and access the Saved Reply making it much easier to browse and locate specific replies.
Another notable change resulting from a desire for a better user experience is that now Saved Reply can be accessed from the inbox settings tab without needing to go to the general settings tab.
We have also optimized the inbox button for better accessibility. Users with larger screens will see the inbox tab beside the “Save” and “Delete reply” buttons reducing mouse browsing time and helping speed up support.
Also, the ‘Search replies’ bar allows users to easily access previously saved replies by searching for specific keywords or phrases, making finding the desired reply much more efficient and convenient.
This feature is especially useful for users who have a large number of saved replies, as it allows them to quickly and easily find the reply they are looking for without having to scroll through a long list of replies.
