Subscription Agreement
This agreement covers how you buy and keep a ThriveDesk subscription. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, and the Terms win if the two ever disagree. The contracting party is ThriveDesk LLC, a company registered in the United States.
1. Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day trial with no credit card. When the trial ends, the account pauses until you choose a plan. Trial data is kept for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
2. Plans and limits
Each plan includes a set number of teammates, inboxes and features, listed on our pricing page. Pricing is flat per plan, not per agent. If your usage goes past a plan's limits, we'll ask you to upgrade before we restrict anything.
Features marked as beta or early access are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
3. Billing and payment
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the payment itself, and Paddle collects and pays sales tax and VAT where required.
- You can pay monthly or yearly. Every billing period is paid in advance.
- Prices on the pricing page don't include tax. Paddle adds any tax due at checkout.
- We never store your card details. Paddle handles them.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, on the same plan and billing cycle, until you cancel. We'll email a reminder before a yearly plan renews.
5. Changing plans
- Upgrades take effect straight away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Before then, bring your teammates and inboxes within the lower plan's limits.
6. Price changes
We may change our prices. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before the renewal date.
7. Refunds
If ThriveDesk isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to the first purchase on monthly and yearly plans. Renewals, and payments more than 14 days old, aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it and we'll email the account owner. If it still hasn't gone through after 14 days, we may pause the account until the balance is paid. Nothing is deleted while an account is paused for non-payment.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time outside the 14-day refund window.
10. Your data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it or come back. After that we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Backups are cleared on their normal cycle, within 60 days.
