Why teams use it

Every call becomes part of the conversation

Voicemails stop living in a separate phone app. Your team hears them, sees who called and answers from the same place as everything else.

Play voicemails in the ticket

Listen to the message without leaving ThriveDesk, or download the audio file.

Call details as a private note

The caller’s number, the time and the length of the call sit in a note your customers never see.

One history per customer

Link a voicemail to the right contact, and it sits next to their emails and chats.

Works with your phone provider

Twilio, 8x8, RingCentral, Vonage, Google Voice and more than 50 others, with nothing to install.

FAQ

Questions about phone in ThriveDesk

Anything else? Talk to us, or read the voicemail setup guide.

Does ThriveDesk make or take phone calls?
No. ThriveDesk works with the phone system you already have. Voicemails your provider sends to your ThriveDesk inbox become conversations your team can play, reply to and assign.
Which phone providers work with ThriveDesk?
More than 50, including Twilio, 8x8, RingCentral, Vonage and Google Voice. Any provider works if it emails voicemails with the recording attached as an MP3 or WAV file and a subject that starts with “Voice Message” or “Voicemail from”.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Connect your provider to your ThriveDesk inbox and new voicemails start showing up as conversations.
Can customers see the call details?
No. The caller’s number, the time and the length of the call are saved as a private note, which only your team can see.
What if a voicemail shows up under the wrong contact?
Use Change contact on the conversation to link it to the right customer. It then sits in their history next to their emails and chats.
Where do voicemails show up?
In the Unassigned folder with the rest of your new conversations, marked as phone logs, so your team can pick them up from the same queue.
