Brand guidelines
Logo files, colors and type for anyone writing about ThriveDesk or building something that works with it.
The logomark
The mark on its own: a speech bubble drawn as one looping line. Use it where the full logo won’t fit, like an app icon or a profile picture. It’s orange on light backgrounds and white on dark ones.
Clear space and minimum size
Give the logo room, and don’t shrink it so far that the wordmark gets hard to read.
Dos and don’ts
Use the files as they are. If a layout seems to need a change to the logo, change the layout.
Do
-
Use the files from this page as they are. -
Use the dark mode version on dark backgrounds. -
Put the white mark on orange, the way the app icon does.
Don’t
-
Stretch or squash it. -
Rotate it. -
Change its colors. -
Add shadows or glows. -
Put it on a color that hides the mark. -
ThriveDesk
Retype the wordmark in another font.
Color
Solar Flare is the brand color, and it works because we use so little of it. Everything else is a warm neutral. Keep body text off orange: white on Solar Flare only meets WCAG contrast at large sizes.

Typography
Two typefaces from the Instrument family, plus the system monospace. Both Instrument fonts are free under the SIL Open Font License.
- Get it from Google Fonts
Instrument Sans
Headings and body text. It’s a variable font with weights from 400 to 700: headings use 500 or 600, body text 400.
- Get it from Google Fonts
Instrument Serif Italic
A word or two of emphasis inside a headline, as on our homepage. Never a whole sentence, and never body text.
-
System monospace
Labels, eyebrows and metadata. It’s the default monospace font on each device, so there’s nothing to install.
Writing our name
ThriveDesk is one word with a capital T and a capital D. The logo spells it in capitals, but in a sentence it’s always ThriveDesk.
