You can delete everything about a person from ThriveDesk yourself.
Search for the person by email, delete their conversations, then delete their contact record. Attachments go with the conversations. Our help center walks through it: how to delete user data.
If something can't be deleted from your side, email help@thrivedesk.com and we'll delete it for you.
