We sign a DPA with our customers, but we don't have one with every subprocessor.
- Our Data Processing Agreement covers your use of ThriveDesk. Email us for a signed copy.
- We don't have a signed data processing agreement with every subprocessor. All of them are listed on our Subprocessors page.
- We tell customers before we add a new subprocessor that handles customer data.
