ZenDesk Migration

You can now migrate from ZenDesk directly into ThriveDesk. Bring over your existing data and get started without losing your history.

Smarter Knowledge Base & Assistant

Knowledge Base docs now remember whether you last expanded or collapsed them, so your preferred view sticks.
We also added an event dispatcher to the Assistant, giving developers more flexibility when working with integrations.

Better Contact Management

You can now create contacts directly from the contact details panel, persist CC/BCC fields when saving drafts, and see the actor’s email as a tooltip when hovering over a contact in thread view.
