Real-Time Label Updates
Labels (tags) on conversations are now updated instantly via sockets. They can be added, removed, or modified in real time—without duplicates or lag—keeping the entire workspace in sync.
Assistant Enhancements
Skeleton loading has been added to both the Knowledge Base docs sidebar そして Assistant articles, improving the user experience when loading content.
Thread Action Editor
A new minimize/maximize option makes it easier to manage the editor while working inside threads.
