# Subprocessors

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These are the companies that help us run ThriveDesk. We review each one before we use it and share only the data it needs for its job.

## Core service

These process customer data, including the conversations and contact details of your own customers.

## Supporting services

These help us build, monitor and run the business. They don’t receive your customers’ conversations, though some see account details such as a teammate’s name or email.

| Subprocessor | What it does | Location |
| --- | --- | --- |
| PostHog, Inc. | Product analytics and error tracking | EU |
| GitHub, Inc. | Code hosting and builds | USA |
| Better Stack, Inc. | Uptime monitoring | EU |
| BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net) | CDN for sounds and videos in the app | EU |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Storage for build files | USA |
| Partnero | Affiliate program tracking | EU |

## Integrations you turn on

Apps you connect yourself, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe, Slack or your own AI provider key, receive data because you chose to connect them. They work under your agreement with that provider, so they aren’t listed here.

## Changes to this list

We update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data, and email account owners when the core list changes.
