Snooze it, and it comes back exactly when it should.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some conversations aren&#8217;t urgent today but will matter later. Chasing a customer response? Waiting on an internal update? Instead of leaving tickets cluttering your inbox \u2014 or worse, forgetting them entirely \u2014 you can now snooze them and have them reappear at the right time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728 Snooze From Anywhere<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to open a conversation to snooze it. Type when you want it back in plain English:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>tomorrow at 3pm<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>next wednesday<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>in 2 hours<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>friday 10am<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Or use a precise format like <code>03\/05\/2026 08:00 AM<\/code> if you need exact control. Either way, ThriveDesk confirms the exact date and time before you confirm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two Snooze Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose how the snooze behaves if the customer replies early:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If no reply<\/strong> \u2014 the snooze clears automatically if the customer responds before the scheduled time. Default behavior, and the smart choice for follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regardless<\/strong> \u2014 the ticket stays snoozed until your chosen time, no matter what. Click the clock icon again, pick a new time, and hit <strong>Update Snooze<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need it back immediately? Open the conversation, click the clock icon, and hit the red <strong>Unsnooze<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timezone Setup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Snooze times respect your agent timezone \u2014 so a <code>9am<\/code> snooze lands at your 9am, not the server&#8217;s. Set your timezone by clicking your avatar in the bottom-left corner, then selecting your timezone from the dropdown.
