Every connection uses TLS, and stored data is encrypted.

-   All traffic, live chat included, uses TLS with forward secrecy and HTTP Strict Transport Security. Old SSL versions and weak ciphers are turned off.
-   Databases, backups and attachments are encrypted at rest.
