You can delete everything about a person from ThriveDesk yourself.

Search for the person by email, delete their conversations, then delete their contact record. Attachments go with the conversations. Our help center walks through it: [how to delete user data](https://help.thrivedesk.com/en/how-to-delete-user-data/).
