# Map the personal data we handle

We keep a record of the personal data in ThriveDesk, where it's stored and who can see it.

ThriveDesk holds three kinds of personal data:

-   **Account data**: your name, email, company and billing details.
-   **Conversation data**: your customers' names, email addresses, messages, attachments and the order details your integrations show next to them.
-   **Visitor data**: for live chat, a visitor's rough location, browser and the pages they viewed.

Each is mapped to the systems that store it and the [subprocessors](https://www.thrivedesk.com/legal/subprocessors/) that handle it. Our [DPA](https://www.thrivedesk.com/gdpr/dpa/) lists the same categories if you need them for your own records.
