Stay on top of incoming messages with real-time updates on chat activity and message counts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversations with new messages automatically rise to the top, allowing you to respond promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsive UI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve made ThriveDesk\u2019s entire user interface mobile-responsive, so you can access all features \u2013 from tickets and live chat to settings \u2013 with a native-like experience on any device.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mobile app lacks features, and managing it across platforms with a small team is tough. So, we\u2019re shifting focus to a mobile-first web experience.
