More reliable scraping, accurate conversation counts, and a round of performance and bug fixes.

### Smarter Scraping

Scraping is now more reliable with duplicate URL detection, validation, improved rate limiting, and better memory use. Batch scraping runs faster and handles errors more gracefully.

### Improved Conversations

The conversation list now displays accurate counts, latest messages, and smarter sorting. Conversation headers also show avatars and statuses of teammates currently viewing or replying—making collaboration more transparent.

### Improvements

-   Error messages in AI sources now display more specific details.
-   Conversation counts refresh automatically when switching inboxes.
-   Navigation to docs is now consistent across the app.
-   Performance improved with reduced re-rendering and fewer API calls.

### Bug Fixes

-   Fixed disappearing excerpt after sending a message.
-   Fixed incorrect arrangement of new chats.
-   Fixed issue where new messages appeared in the wrong chat room.
-   Fixed wrong inbox conversation showing in live chat.
