### Animated Search Placeholder

We’ve added animated text to the search placeholder, so it suggests things people can search for.

### Media Manager for Image & Video Blocks

Now you can easily add and manage images and videos directly in your Knowledge Base articles with full Media Manager support.

### AI Engine Enhancements

-   Dynamic API Endpoint Settings: Configure API endpoints directly from the AI settings page for more flexibility.
-   Webpage Crawl Feature: Train your AI engine by crawling web pages and pulling in real content to expand knowledge coverage.

### Improvements

-   Prevented stale cached data when switching tenants.
-   Added spam alert notifications for suspicious incoming emails.

### Bug Fixes

-   Fixed an issue where forwarded messages were being clipped.
-   Fixed a bug where additional email bounce data from Postmark was not being fetched correctly.
