You can now migrate from HelpScout to ThriveDesk, plus stability and formatting fixes.

You can now migrate from HelpScout into ThriveDesk. Bring your conversations, contacts, and history with you, so you switch without starting from scratch.

### Bug Fixes

-   Fixed incorrect messages appearing during bulk deletion actions in search.
-   Fixed an issue where assignee and status updates displayed incorrectly while sending messages.
-   Corrected formatting issues with lists and bullet points for better readability.
-   Fixed an error message that appeared after successfully taking over a draft.
-   Fixed unnecessary alerts showing when browser tabs were closed or reloaded while saving drafts.
