A refreshed editor, new chat widget article viewing modes, and smoother live chat loading.

### Enhanced Editor Experience

The editor now comes with a quick-access formatting toolbar positioned at the top. Styling has been unified across editor components with improved button states and updated icons for better consistency and accessibility.

### Smarter Chat Widget

You can now open articles via the chat widget API in multiple viewing modes. Read more about the chat widget article api on our help center.

### Improvements

-   Optimized spacing around the launcher button when using a custom logo.
-   Improved live chat message loading by migrating local state to Redux for smoother performance.
-   Increased stacking order for AI Copilot and editor containers.
-   Saved replies are now updated consistently across all subscribers.

### Bug Fixes

-   Fixed chat widget identify method so emails from parameters are stored and used correctly.
-   Resolved issue where docs would go blank after closing the chat widget with an article open.

### Refactoring

-   Disabled unused status and assignee UI elements in thread actions.
-   Improved error handling and asynchronous logic for more stability.
