# Bulk Actions, Smarter Attachments & Smoother Chat Performance

Handle conversations in bulk, see attachments sorted and grouped, and get a chat view that scrolls and loads faster. Plus a handful of UI fixes.

### Bulk Actions in Conversations

You can now assign agents, change status, set priority, and add labels in bulk. This makes managing multiple conversations at once far easier.

### Smarter Attachments

-   Audio files now appear first with a built-in audio player.
-   Other attachments (images, videos, PDFs, documents, archives) are grouped with appropriate icons and thumbnails.
-   Non-audio attachment counts are clearly displayed.
-   Attachments are ordered more consistently for quick scanning.

### Smoother Chat Experience

Chats feel faster and more polished with animated scrolling to top when messages are sent, a new scrollbar in the navigator, and scoped scrollbars for chatroom lists. We also added skeleton loaders for widgets and fixed multiple widget rendering issues.

### Improvements

-   Streamlined toolbar with reusable controls and consistent styling.
-   Customizable placeholders and scalable priority icons for pickers.
-   Reduced message width for better readability.
-   Styling refinements for messages and teammate display.

### Bug Fixes

-   Fixed incorrect total number display.
-   Fixed performance issues slowing down the editor.
-   Fixed Reply-To header handling to properly use From name when missing display name.
-   Fixed issue where pictures weren’t showing when new chatrooms were created from socket.
-   Fixed widget re-rendering and visibility issues when switching rooms.
-   Fixed editor not clearing on second message.
-   Prevented rare errors when displaying status icons/classes for unknown statuses.
