The chat widget gets a cleaner design, smoother animations, and new tools that make it easier to navigate.

### Highlights

-   A completely redesigned UI for a modern, intuitive experience.
-   Added smooth animations across the interface.
-   Introduced tabs to the chat widget UI for better feature organization.
-   Improved message bounce information with a helpful tooltip.
-   Added a delete option in the search component for more control.
-   Introduced avatar with initials as a fallback when gravatar is unavailable.

### Avatar with Initials Fallback

When a gravatar isn’t available, the system now generates an avatar from the user’s initials. Every user gets a recognizable profile image, so it’s easier to tell who’s who in a conversation.
