Affiliate terms

## Clear rules, no surprises

These terms keep the program fair for partners, customers, and ThriveDesk.

-   Self-referrals are not allowed, including signing up for ThriveDesk through your own affiliate link.

-   Abuse, gaming, or misleading promotion, including fake discount posts on coupon-sharing websites, can result in a permanent ban.

-   In some cases, we can credit an affiliate even if the customer did not sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

-   Search engine ads on ThriveDesk branded terms, domain names, or other ads that compete with our own marketing are not allowed.

-   Facebook ads that link to our website, compete with our paid marketing, or create customer confusion are not allowed.

-   Do not present yourself as acting on behalf of ThriveDesk or as a ThriveDesk employee.

-   We reserve the right to change the terms of the affiliate program at any time.

-   Affiliates who send over 100 clients and maintain that pace may receive a cash bonus and a higher commission rate.
